Michelle Welch is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Prima Business Agency, an operations consulting firm built for service-based businesses that require structure, precision, and consistent execution.
She operates as a Fractional COO and Operations Strategist with over a decade of experience inside service-based industries cleaning, hospitality, real estate, nonprofit, and multi-team organizations. Her work is execution-focused. She diagnoses operational gaps, designs the systems that close them, and installs the infrastructure required for a business to function without depending on its owner.
Michelle is the developer of the R.A.T.I.O. Method™ — Prima's proprietary five-step operational framework (Reclaim, Audit, Transfer, Impact, Organize) — and the CEO vs Operator diagnostic, used to separate strategic responsibilities from execution responsibilities inside founder-led businesses. Both frameworks are applied across every Prima engagement, from operational diagnostics to full Fractional COO retainers.
Her operating standard is consistent across every engagement: stabilize before scaling, document before delegating, and design infrastructure that outlasts the founder's daily involvement. Prima does not advise. Prima installs.
Michelle also owns and operates Spotless Solutions, a commercial cleaning company based in Orlando, Florida , the operational environment that shaped Prima's frameworks and continues to inform its delivery model.
