By purchasing any service, digital product, program, or engagement from Michelle Welch, Prima Business Agency, Spotless Solutions, or any affiliated brand, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our services and digital offerings, we do not offer refunds, returns, or chargebacks for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Lack of use or participation
• Scheduling conflicts
• Dissatisfaction with results
• Failure to complete or engage with services
• Personal circumstances or financial hardship
• Misunderstanding of the service scope
Once payment is submitted, it confirms your commitment and secures your spot, time, intellectual property, and resources.
Services and Consulting
All services including but not limited to strategy sessions, consulting, coaching, VIP days, retainers, audits, operational builds, and advisory services are non refundable.
Time is reserved upon payment. Preparation, review, planning, and intellectual labor often begin immediately after purchase, even if the session has not yet occurred.
Failure to attend a scheduled session does not qualify for a refund.
Digital Products and Downloads
All digital products are final sale. This includes:
• Templates
• Workbooks
• Guides
• Courses
• Trainings
• Downloads
• Memberships or portals
Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered and cannot be returned or refunded.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are a courtesy, not a cancellation option.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation, usage, or satisfaction.
Missed or failed payments may result in revoked access and collections activity.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of this policy.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:
• You waive the right to initiate a chargeback for services rendered or access provided
• Any chargeback filed will be disputed with documentation, including contracts, timestamps, IP logs, onboarding records, and communication history
• A chargeback may result in immediate termination of services and access
• You may be responsible for chargeback fees, administrative costs, and collection expenses
Fraudulent chargebacks are reported and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Exceptions
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered under extreme circumstances at the sole discretion of the company.
Any approved exception must be confirmed in writing.
